About this organisation
The Santa Shoebox Project is a long-running initiative dedicated to bringing hope, dignity and practical support to vulnerable children across South Africa.
Since 2006, the project has distributed personalised Santa Shoeboxes filled with essential items, educational supplies, hygiene products, clothing and treats to children in need. Through partnerships with communities, donors and volunteers, the organisation helps ensure that children feel seen, valued and cared for.
In addition to gift distribution, the project also supports education and literacy initiatives aimed at creating brighter futures for children from disadvantaged communities.
Over the years, the Santa Shoebox Project has made a significant national impact through large-scale community support and meaningful partnerships.
