About this organisation
Rock of Hope Place of Safety is a nurturing, family-style home dedicated to caring for abandoned and vulnerable babies and toddlers.
Operating as a 24/7 place of safety, the organisation provides a secure and stable environment where children receive consistent love, medical care and developmental support. Their focus is on protection and care during times of crisis, rather than adoption services.
Rock of Hope supports newborns in crisis, including safe relinquishment through their Babysaver initiative, as well as children placed in their care due to abandonment or difficult circumstances.
The home typically cares for between 8–12 children at a time, depending on age and emergency placements. As children stay for varying periods — from a few weeks to over a year — many more pass through their care annually.
